Who we are

What we collect and why

• Contact form: your name, email and message, so we can reply.
• Waivers: name, date of birth, contact details, address, next of kin, your signature and, on the kids waiver, any medical conditions or allergies. We use these to record that you (or your child) agreed to train with us, to keep everyone safe on the mats and to contact someone in an emergency. Health information is only used for your or your child's safety in class.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. See Stripe's privacy policy.

Who can see it

The club's coaches who run your training. Form submissions are stored securely on our website server and emailed to the club. Our website is built and looked after by Juice Web Solutions (National Tech Hub Ltd), who process this data only on our behalf. We never sell your details or use them for advertising.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry. Waivers are kept while you or your child train with us and for a period afterwards, in case we need to refer to them. You can ask us to delete your details at any time, unless we need to keep a waiver for legal reasons.

Cookies

This website uses one strictly necessary cookie, which protects our forms from spam. We do not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, so there is nothing to accept or decline.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
