Kids Classes
Our kidsโ Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes, open to ages 4โ15, are designed to build confidence, discipline, and focus โ all within a fun, structured, and supportive environment. With experienced coaches and strong team spirit, children of all backgrounds learn real skills, stay active, make friends, and grow on and off the mats, developing values that benefit them for life.
GI BJJ
Learn the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with the traditional gi. Master grips, sweeps, and submissions while building a deeper understanding of the art.
NO GI BJJ
Experience the fast-paced world of no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Develop your skills in a dynamic environment that focuses on speed, agility, and technique.
Train and Spar
Drill techniques, sharpen your skills, and build confidence during training. Sparring follows to help you apply what youโve learned, where you go at your own pace and its optional.
Competition Support
For those aiming to compete, we provide expert guidance on technique, strategy, and mindset. Our teamโs experience helps prepare you to perform at your best on competition day.
